My Bad? Experience Part 2 of 3. To Be Continued…

I didn’t get the TV (it probably wasn’t sent this time) so on 10th July I called CS yet again to let them know.

There was no record of the TV being sent, all they had done is send an email to the courier asking them to explain why I hadn’t got the TV.

The courier told them Peter (the guy from earlier) had collected it and CS then told me this, I already knew this of course.

I got 3 calls on the 11th July, 1 telling me again Peter had the TV, 2nd telling me that they’ll call me back about the investigation and finally a call confirming they believed me and that I’d be called to arrange delivery of the 2nd TV.

On 13th July I called CS again (I got no calls since 11th) and the woman was very helpful, ordered the TV on 13th for collection in store on 16th July and refunded the cost of delivery, although since the TV would get collected in store this time it was the right thing to do anyway.
