My Bad? Experience Part 1 of 3. To Be Continued…

On 29th June 2012 I decided that I wanted to buy a TV and so ordered it that afternoon.

I got an email saying it had been dispatched and the estimated date of delivery was on the 4th July 2012.

That date came and I called customer services (CS) because I hadn’t received the TV.

I was told it had been signed for by someone called Peter.

I know of no Peter and he doesn’t live at my address, I was in so there was no reason to deliver to a neighbour either for example.

I was informed I’d get an email when it was in stock and then I should call to get another TV sent.

On 6th July the TV was in stock and I called CS and explained I’d called two days earlier about not getting the TV.

I was told I’d get the TV on Monday 9th July, they would investigate what happened with the 1st TV and I’d get an email confirming it being dispatched.
